Blue Blind is a groundbreaking K-performance that reimagines Korea’s beloved folktale Simcheongjeon through a modern lens.
Blending live music, storytelling, contemporary dance, and Taekwondo performance, the show celebrates the harmony between tradition and innovation — East and West, past and present.
Directed by Haemee Park, Blue Blind brings together artists from diverse backgrounds to create an emotionally rich and visually stunning experience. The production captures universal themes of love, sacrifice, and resilience, allowing audiences from all cultures to connect through the language of movement and sound.
Every performance invites the audience to feel the pulse of Korean culture — not just as spectators, but as participants in a story that transcends borders.

The Experience
Each Blue Blind performance offers a distinct atmosphere — from intimate theaters to dynamic live venues — giving audiences a fresh way to experience the story every night.
Guests can enjoy free Makgeolli (Korean traditional rice wine) and exclusive gifts from our sponsors, adding a warm, cultural touch to each evening.
(Makgeolli will not be served at the Laurie Beechman Theater due to venue policy.)
The final night concludes with a special Showcase + After Party running until 11 PM, celebrating the artistry and spirit of Blue Blind with music, community, and unforgettable moments.
